Beyonce has reportedly given birth to a baby girl named Ivy Blue Carter at a hospital in New York.
The R’n’B diva is believed to have give birth in a private wing of the Lenox Hill hospital.
'Congrats to Beyonce and Jay-Z' is, unsurprisingly for such a prominent celebrity birth, trending worldwide on Twitter.
The Bootylicious singer and husband Jay-Z have not yet made any official announcement.
Back in September, the superstar revealed that she was due before the end of the New Year, with sources in the States claiming that she was over nine months pregnant by the end of December..
During a clip from her Live at Roseland DVD, Beyonce told fans: “Hello! It's September 23rd. Right now I’m actually shooting the video for 'Countdown' and I’m six months pregnant, pretending that my stomach is flat in body suits.”
